Man muss dafür Verständnis haben , dass der Ratspräsident natürlich nur die Aufgaben des Rates wahrzunehmen hat und nicht die Verantwortung für die einzelnen Mitgliedstaaten trägt. Deshalb auch meine Frage : Ist eigentlich bekannt , ob aus den Gefängnissen im Irak auch politische Häftlinge befreit werden konnten , die sonst von der Todesstrafe bedroht gewesen wären. , es ist unannehmbar , dass sie nicht die Opfer eines Krieges zählen kann , der kaum drei Wochen zurückliegt
