Diese Begleitung ermöglicht es uns andererseits , Wege zu finden , um das , was wir im Ergebnis unserer Prüfung über die Verwendung der Strukturfonds festgestellt haben , zu korrigieren , um insbesondere über eine sichere Arbeitsgrundlage für die Neufassung zum Zeitpunkt des neuen Durchführungszeitraums des wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Zusammenhalts ab 1999 zu verfügen.Abschließend möchte ich die Notwendigkeit unterstreichen , innerhalb der Europäischen Union Politiken für den Umwelt - und Verkehrsbereich und den Aufbau von Infrastrukturen zu formulieren und gleichzeitig die Notwendigkeit hervorheben , den Politiken , die zur Überwindung von Ungleichheiten , für die einerseits die Europäische Union und andererseits die Mitgliedstaaten verantwortlich sind , beitragen , ein stärkeres Gewicht zu verleihen
