You will find that , certainly in the committee , when the two Groups called for a separate vote in order to keep the amendments on the plenary agenda , they did not vote against a single one. Although the Rules of Procedure allow any Group to call for a separate vote on any amendment , we ought to try and flush out which ones they wish to vote truly separately on
