Der dritte Weg , der von den französischen Sozialdemokraten vertreten wird , aber leider nicht berücksichtigt worden ist , scheint hier die weitaus vernünftigere Lösung zu sein , da er die historisch gewachsene Integrität der großen europäischen Energiekonzerne nicht antastet und die Organisation der Elektrizitätsversorgung in die Hände von unabhängigen Regulierungsbehörden legt.Dennoch begrüße ich die Fortschritte , die dieser Bericht in Bezug auf den Verbraucherschutz bringt , insbesondere die Einführung von Grundsätzen zur Bekämpfung der Energiearmut und die Sicherung von Transparenz und Zugang zu Informationen für den Endverbraucher
