Let me also point out that in line with the joint declaration on financial regulations of 6 March 1995 the Commission does not lay down any indicative frameworks in legal acts that are not the subject of co - decision.With regard to the allocation of funds , i.e. , Amendment 58 , the Commission can appreciate the emphasis on action lines 1 and 2 , although one must not underestimate the important role of the public sector as the demonstrator of multilingual practice. In relation to synergy with other programmes I would like to point out that both the Commission and Parliament take the view that successful cooperation is and must be a keynote of this programme
Ich möchte auch darauf hinweisen , daß gemäß der gemeinsamen Erklärung über Finanzvorschriften vom 6. März 1995 die Kommission keine Bezugsrahmen in Rechtsakten festlegt , die nicht Gegenstand des Mitentscheidungsverfahrens sind.Hinsichtlich der Mittelaufteilung , also Änderungsantrag 58 , kann die Kommission die Betonung der Aktionsbereiche 1 und 2 anerkennen , wenn auch die wichtige Rolle des öffentlichen Sektors als Demonstrator von mehrsprachlicher Praxis nicht unterschätzt werden darf. Zur Synergie mit anderen Programmen möchte ich darauf hinweisen , daß sowohl die Kommission als auch das Parlament die Auffassung vertreten , daß erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit ein Schlüsselwort für dieses Programm ist und sein muß. Das Potential einer Zusammenarbeit und der Synergie bleibt jedoch nicht auf Gemeinschaftsinitiativen beschränkt
