In view of the above , Mr President , I do not share the doubts expressed in numbered paragraph two of the report about the meaningfulness of the ENP's geographic scope

Seine Funktion ist somit einerseits die grenzüberschreitende Information der Verbraucher , andererseits gilt es , ein Bewußtsein in der Industrie und bei den Bürgern zu entwickeln , umweltpolitische Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und zu schaffen. Gerade beim täglichen Einkauf ist dies von großer Bedeutung.Ich bin der Ansicht , daß über die Sinnhaftigkeit eines europäischen Zeichens , das dem europäischen Binnenmarkt angemessen ist , kaum Diskussionsbedarf besteht. Von einer guten Idee zu ihrer sinnvollen Umsetzung ist es jedoch oft ein langer Weg
