Mr President , ladies and gentlemen , this excellent result , for which I thank this House , will now be followed by a series of amendments not covered by the compromise.I will agree with many of the amendments , but it is quite clear that voting for and adopting them would mean forcing us to go through conciliation for the sake of some marginal points , and that would really be the wrong thing to do , as it would put back the application of the regulation. Als Erstes möchte ich klarstellen , dass ich nicht auf diesem Platz sitze , weil es eine Palastrevolte der Sozialdemokratischen Fraktion im Europäischen Parlament gegeben hätte , sondern vielmehr aus logistischen Gründen , d. h. damit ich leichter Hinweise zur Abstimmung geben kann.Herr Florenz , der Ausschussvorsitzende , hat bereits das Wesentliche zum Inhalt und zu dem Kraftakt , den wir für das bei der Einigung mit dem finnischen Ratsvorsitz erzielte Ergebnis bewältigen mussten , gesagt. Mir obliegt es nun , darauf hinzuweisen , das dieses Ergebnis einem Fresko gleichkommt , das ein Team von Künstlern gemalt hat : Viele haben dabei mitgewirkt - ich erinnere daran , dass 10 Parlamentsausschüsse daran beteiligt waren
