There is a an obligation on the part of the EU to take a stance against weapons which are aimed at non - combatants , the victims of which are largely non - combatants.Also , the blanketing of large areas of territory makes it impossible for the growing of food many years after conflict has ended | Ich unterstütze die Entscheidung des Europäischen Parlaments für Aktionen gegen Antipersonenminen ohne Vorbehalt. Die EU ist verpflichtet , gegen Waffen vorzugehen , die gegen Personen ohne Kombattantenstatus eingesetzt werden und zu deren Opfern vor allem dieser Personenkreis gehört.Die großflächige Verminung von Gebieten verhindert auch viele Jahre nach dem Ende eines Konflikts den Anbau von Nahrungsmitteln |
