The total and uncontrolled liberalisation of trade in agricultural products is not in the interests of hungry countries ; it is in the interests of countries which are structurally exporters of agricultural products , but it ruins poor farmers in developing countries. Zweitens muss die Europäische Union den Entwicklungsländern bzw. den Gruppen von Ländern mit vergleichbaren Produktionskosten helfen , ihren Binnenmarkt vor den Dumpingpreisen des Weltmarktes zu schützen , indem sie Instrumente einsetzen , ohne die die Produzenten ruiniert würden. Drittens muss die Europäische Union ihr ganzes Gewicht in die internationalen Handelsverhandlungen einbringen , damit das Recht auf Ausnahmeregelungen für die Landwirtschaft anerkannt wird , d. h. das Recht der Nationen , ihre Landwirte zu schützen , die sie ernähren und deren Wohlergehen Voraussetzung für den Aufschwung ist
