Ich stelle jedoch auch eine Ungleichbehandlung , eine uneinheitliche Staffelung fest ; oft rechtfertigen die Bezugsparameter nicht in jedem Falle die Unterschiede in der Anzahl der Sitze der einzelnen Länder.Abschließend , Frau Präsidentin , fordere ich die Kolleginnen und Kollegen zu einer Abstimmung auf , die im Einklang mit den Bestimmungen der Verträge und mit der Rolle steht , die wir als Abgeordnete bisher hatten und haben sollten : Sprachrohr der Bürgerschaft. Polen hat beim Übergang zur Abstimmung mit doppelter Mehrheit die meisten Verluste im Rat , und es verliert auch im Parlament
