Ich hoffe , daß die Mitgliedstaaten auch mit diesem politischen Spielraum positiv umgehen ; es ist schließlich ein implizites Zugeständnis einer kleinen Unvollkommenheit der Richtlinie , aber wir hoffen , daß damit produktiv und positiv umgegangen wird in der Erwartung , daß wir dann in sechs Jahren eine angepaßte Regelung erhalten oder daß sich , wer weiß , das Problem durch die Entwicklung der Technik inzwischen buchstäblich automatisch gelöst hat
