I view it as a reflection of the work of the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality and I should therefore first of all like to thank Mrs García Pérez for producing it.In order to meet the Lisbon targets , it is essential to make the fullest possible use of the potential of women on the labour market. It is also important for women to have the best possible access to postgraduate studies and life - long learning and also access to new technologies and the information society in order to be able to be competitive in the labour market.I greatly admire the women heading large companies and also small family firms and creating new job opportunities. Alongside her daily tasks as a wife and mother , a businesswoman also takes on management tasks in her company , assuming responsibility not only for the success of her family but also for the success of her company
Für mich reflektiert er die Tätigkeit des Ausschusses für die Rechte der Frau und die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter , deshalb möchte ich gleich zu Beginn der Kollegin García Pérez für die Ausarbeitung des Berichts danken.Für die Erfüllung der Lissabon - Ziele ist es unerlässlich , das Potenzial der Frauen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt möglichst voll auszuschöpfen. Ebenso wichtig ist es , dass Frauen einen besseren Zugang zum postgradualen Studium und lebenslangen Lernen , zu den neuen Technologien und zur Informationsgesellschaft erhalten , damit sie im Wettbewerb auf dem Arbeitsmarkt bestehen können.Ich habe große Hochachtung vor Frauen , die große Unternehmen , aber auch kleine Familienbetriebe leiten und neue Arbeitsplätze schaffen. Eine Unternehmerin meistert neben ihren täglichen Aufgaben als Frau und Mutter auch die Rolle der Managerin ihres Unternehmens und kümmert sich nicht nur um den Erfolg ihrer Familie , sondern auch um den ihrer Firma. Nicht immer nimmt die Gesellschaft genügend zur Kenntnis , wie wichtig diese Aufgabe der Frau für die Gesellschaft ist
