As I say , international aid will still be needed beyond 1996. I repeat , responsibility for what happens to the peace , the people and country of Bosnia - Hercegovina rests primarily with the leaders and people on the ground who are working to consolidate the peace
Das betrifft namentlich verstärkte und liberalisierte Handelsbeziehungen miteinander.Frau Präsidentin , Bosnien - Herzegowina liegt immer noch auf der Intensivstation. Die internationalen Bemühungen werden auch - wie ich bereits sagte - nach 1996 fortgesetzt werden müssen. Ich kann nur wiederholen , daß die Verantwortung für das Schicksal , das dem Frieden , dem Volk und dem Land BosnienHerzegowina beschieden ist , vor allem in den Händen der Führer und Menschen liegt , die dort an diesem Frieden arbeiten
It is difficult to find a country anywhere in the world with as complicated and demanding a state structure as that of Bosnia and Herzegovina and this makes their achievements and their progress all the greater. I am truly delighted with this and we in the Group of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe support the efforts of the politicians and the impetus of the citizens of Bosnia and Hercegovina and we salute their determination to make even more rapid progress
Wohl kaum ein anderes Land der Welt hat eine ähnlich komplizierte und komplexe Staatsstruktur wie Bosnien und Herzegowina , deshalb sind die Erfolge und Fortschritte dieses Landes umso bemerkenswerter. Ich freue mich sehr darüber , und wir in der Fraktion der Allianz der Liberalen und Demokraten für Europa unterstützen die Anstrengungen der Politiker und die Tatkraft der Bürger von Bosnien und Herzegowina
