Before we turn to the next item on our agenda , it gives me great pleasure to welcome to the gallery Mrs Bärbel Höhn , Minister for the Environment and Agriculture of Land North Rhine/Westphalia in the Federal Republic of Germany
Bevor wir in den nächsten Tagesordnungspunkt einsteigen , habe ich die Freude , die Ministerin für Umwelt und Landwirtschaft des Landes Nordrhein - Westfalen in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland , Frau Bärbel Höhn , auf der Tribüne begrüßen zu können
Why , instead of continuing to administer the resources centrally from Brussels , do we not cooperate with organizations such as the Bärbel Bohley programme for 1000 homes in Bosnia - a project with a minimum of red tape which has been able to put 3 million to good use. All these questions are of critical importance for the Commission , and I hope that we shall manage to do rather better in 1997
000 Dächer in Bosnien , wo es wiederum an bürokratischen Vorkehrungen mangelt , daß 3 Millionen fließen können. Das sind alles kritische Fragen an die Kommission , und ich hoffe , daß es uns gelingt , für 1997 etwas besser zu verfahren
