I want to congratulate Mr Matsakis on an excellent report that goes further than the Commission , especially in identifying for the Commission one of the most dangerous uses of mercury today : thermerasol – mercury directly injected in commonly - used medications such as flu vaccines. Since removing mercury from paediatric vaccines in California , cases of autism are continuing to increase. However , for the first time in over 20 years the rate of increase has significantly slowed down. Commissioner , please ensure that , if there is an avian flu jab , it will be mercury - free.There is one more source of mercury that I would ask you to eliminate. The Irish Government pollutes the Irish water supply with hexafluorosilic acid , a waste product of the artificial fertiliser industry which , in addition to mercury , contains other toxins such as lead , arsenic , beryllium , vanadium , cadmium , radionuclides and silicone. Please tackle that. Moreover , the figures are falling all the time

Obwohl in Kalifornien schon seit längerem kein Quecksilber mehr in Kinderimpfstoffen verwendet wird , nehmen Fälle von Autismus weiterhin zu. Allerdings hat sich der Anstieg zum ersten Mal seit mehr als 20 Jahren stark verlangsamt. Herr Kommissar , bitte stellen Sie sicher , dass in einem eventuellen Impfstoff gegen Vogelgrippe kein Quecksilber enthalten ist.Es gibt noch eine weitere Quecksilberquelle , um deren Beseitigung ich Sie bitte. Die irische Regierung verseucht die irische Wasserversorgung mit Kieselfluorwasserstoffsäure , einem Abfallprodukt der Kunstdüngerindustrie , das neben Quecksilber auch noch andere giftige Stoffe wie Blei , Arsen , Beryllium , Vanadium , Kadmium , Radionuklide und Silikon enthält. Madam President , I would like to thank the Council and the Commission for that very insightful analysis of what has been going on. This resolution is an important step forward in favour of international law and the rule of law. As we speak , there are some 48 civil conflicts around the world - the majority of them in Africa - being conducted largely in the promotion of one or more supposed sectional or tribal interests. Sub - Saharan Africa has seen millions of people massacred , genocide committed , whole tribes ethnically cleansed in the last 20 years.Ostensibly , these conflicts have been based , as in Angola or Rwanda , on so - called historic divisions. But the reality is that an underlying factor in most of these cases has been commercial gain , based on supposed tribal protection. Various sectional and commercial interests , some of them based in Europe , have tried to exploit these differences for commercial gain to procure the supply of diamonds , timber , oil , gold , cobalt , titanium and vanadium

Im Afrika südlich der Sahara wurden in den vergangenen 20 Jahren Millionen Menschen niedergemetzelt , wurde Völkermord begangen und fielen ganze Stämme ethnischen Säuberungen zum Opfer.Angeblich waren diese Konflikte , wie in Angola oder Ruanda , auf so genannte historische Trennlinien zurückzuführen. Doch in Wirklichkeit stecken in den meisten Fällen kommerzielle Interessen dahinter , die mit dem angeblichen Schutz von Stämmen gerechtfertigt werden. Verschiedene , auch wirtschaftliche Interessengruppen , von denen einige in Europa angesiedelt sind , haben diese Meinungsverschiedenheiten für ihre kommerziellen Vorteile genutzt , indem sie sich mit Diamanten , Holz , Erdöl , Gold , Kobalt , Titan und Vanadium versorgt haben
