You are living in cloud - cuckoo - land if you think that by deleting these words you can eliminate what is happening in reality.We must therefore act rationally and reject amendments that spring from a superstitious fear of the aspects of reality which are perhaps distasteful to the rapporteur. Illegal immigration is a real problem. Police authorities are a necessity in any civilised society. I would also add that frank words are a step forward , not a step back.Article 10 of the Europol Convention and its implementing provisions allow considerable scope for compiling records on persons convicted or suspected of having committed a crime
Für diesen Änderungsantrag besteht infolgedessen meiner Meinung nach keine Veranlassung.Bei dem zweiten Text , bei dem es um die Überwachung der internationalen Kriminalität mit Ausbreitung über Routen geht , bin ich über die Wirkungskraft der Political Correctness und das einseitige Denken in den Änderungsanträgen des Berichterstatters doch ziemlich erstaunt. In Änderungsantrag 1 wird nämlich illegale Zuwanderung gestrichen , und in Änderungsantrag 4 wird der Begriff Polizeibehörde gestrichen. Hier handelt es sich meines Erachtens um reines Wunschdenken , bei dem gehofft wird , durch Streichung von Worten Realitäten abschaffen zu können.Ich schlage daher vor , daß wir beim rationalen Denken bleiben und die Änderungsanträge ablehnen sollten , die aus abergläubischer Furcht vor gewissen Realitäten eingebracht wurden , die dem Berichterstatter vielleicht mißfallen mögen. Illegale Zuwanderung ist tatsächlich ein reales Problem. Polizeibehörden stellen in jeder zivilisierten Gesellschaft eine effektive Notwendigkeit dar. Ich möchte noch hinzufügen , daß meiner Ansicht nach auch Offenheit in der Ausdrucksweise ein Fortschritt und kein Rückschritt sein dürfte
