Whilst I have nothing against the content of this report , I do wonder whether we should be spending our time on such things. A lot of unnecessary work has been done here. No other parliament on the face of the earth would bother itself to draft , debate and vote through a text dealing with the annual report of the European Observatory for SMEs. The rapporteur has done a good job , but the exercise as such renders this House risible.Marinucci report.However , in our opinion , it is essential to state our commitment to respecting the principle of subsidiarity , particularly since the companies involved are , in general , intrinsically private companies
Ich habe nichts gegen den Inhalt dieses Berichts. Ich möchte nur darauf hinweisen , daß diese Art Berichte zu der großen Menge unnötiger Arbeit gehören , die im Parlament geleistet wird. Kein anderes Parlament der Welt befaßt sich mit Jahresberichten über - wie in diesem Fall - eine Europäische Beobachtungsstelle für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen und stimmt über sie ab. Abgesehen von der Qualität dieses Berichts , die hoch ist , tragen solche Themen dazu bei , die Arbeit des Parlaments ins Lächerliche zu ziehen.Bericht Marinucci.Dennoch wollen wir unbedingt noch einmal darauf hinweisen , wieviel uns an der Einhaltung des Subsidiaritätsprinzips gelegen ist , gerade weil die betroffenen Unternehmen in der Regel - das liegt in der Natur der Sache - der Privatwirtschaft angehören
