Mr President , we hope that on this subject of the fight against racism the unanimity achieved in the Committee on Civil Liberties may be affirmed in the Assembly too. First of all the subject requires it , the report by Mr Oostlander deserves it : he has presented to us as responsible politicians - Mr Schultz reminded us of it a little earlier - the insidious nature of this phenomenon which manages to pervade and corrupt the various ideologies , religions and institutions
