Er kann höchstens , wenn Sie einen Bericht schreiben , eine Bewertung dazu vornehmen , aber er kann keinen Schätzungsbericht abfassen.Was den Haushalt betrifft , so weiß ich , daß zusätzliche Mittel erforderlich werden könnten.
