But it is obvious that it breaches the Geneva Convention and the UN refugee commissary has confirmed this. It does Belgium credit that it has indirectly renounced this decision in a special declaration | Das ist also ein sehr negativer Beschluß , der in Amsterdam gefaßt wurde.Nach dem Beschluß wurde versucht , dessen Bedeutung herunterzuspielen. Es ist jedoch völlig klar , daß dies gegen die Genfer Konvention verstößt , was auch vom Flüchtlingskommissar der UN bestätigt worden ist. Es ehrt Belgien , daß das Land sich in einer besonderen Erklärung von diesem Beschluß indirekt distanziert hat. Es ist schade , daß dies nicht mehr Mitgliedsländer getan haben |
