| Nothing is said here about genuine resocialization , there is no call for a change in social conditions , but ultimately it's just the same old story , even if there are signs of more praiseworthy efforts : we do nothing to change economic policy , and we still deal with the oligarchies in these countries.Today we have had a fine example in the case of Turkey. Economic aid is being adopted here , despite our votes to the contrary , while children and young people are actually being tortured there. It's not much use standing up for the Sabbath , going to church and praying if we don't play by the rules of the church for the other six days of the week | Hier kommt nichts vor von wirklicher Resozialisation , hier wird nicht gefordert , die sozialen Verhältnisse zu verändern , sondern man macht letztlich im eigenen Trott weiter , auch wenn lobenswerte Ansätze zu erkennen sind , wir ändern nicht die Wirtschaftspolitik , wir paktieren nach wie vor mit den Oligarchien in diesen Ländern.Heute hatten wir ein tolles Beispiel zur Türkei. Hier werden Wirtschaftshilfen gegen unsere Stimmen beschlossen , dort werden Kinder und Jugendliche sogar gefoltert. Dann hilft es nichts , für das Sonntagsgebot einzutreten , in die Kirche zu gehen und zu beten , wenn ich mich die restlichen sechs Tage in der Woche nicht an diese Regeln halte.Deshalb unterstützen wir diesen Vorschlag für eine gemeinsame Entschließung und bekunden unseren Wunsch , daß dieses Problem - welches in Honduras noch immer aktuell ist - schnellstmöglich gelöst wird |
