In dieser Stunde haben die Pflanzer von Guadeloupe ihre Felder verlassen und besetzen den Hafen von Pointe - àPitre , das Zentrum für die Versorgung der Insel mit Brennstoffen , sowie andere strategisch wichtige Punkte , wodurch die Region wirtschaftliche gelähmt ist.
