Ich habe bereits zu diesem Thema Stellung genommen , und die Kommission vertritt die Ansicht , dass dies Sache des Parlaments sei und das Parlament darüber entscheiden könne. Die Kommission selbst wird dieses Thema nicht aktiv weiterverfolgen.Herr Radwan erwähnte den CESR und fragte , wie er funktioniert. Dazu möchte ich sagen , dass der CESR eine neue Einrichtung ist , die Zeit braucht , um sich zu entwickeln und geeignete Vorgehensweisen zu finden
