Wenn auf einem G8 - Gipfel nicht vier europäische Staaten sprechen würden , sondern nur eine Stimme im Namen der gesamten Europäischen Union , gäbe es nicht mehr ein großes Amerika und daneben viele kleine Staaten : Es gäbe dann zwei gleichgewichtige Stimmen
