| Mr. Cappato may not be very clear about these things ; it is up to him but absolutely the same ideas were promoted by the communist totalitarian regimes that did not care for human rights at all. The same thing which features in his amendment was explained by the communists in Bulgaria and the other Eastern European countries. Therefore I would suggest to Mr. Cappato that he visit Kim Chen Ir in North Korea if he would like to continue in the same vein | Herr Cappato weiß möglicherweise nicht genau , wovon er spricht ; das ist seine Sache , aber eben diese Ideen wurden von den totalitären kommunistischen Regimes vertreten , die sich überhaupt nicht um Menschenrechte kümmerten. In seinem Änderungsantrag vertritt er dieselben Auffassungen wie die Kommunisten in Bulgarien und den anderen osteuropäischen Ländern. Deshalb würde ich Herrn Cappato einen Besuch bei Kim Chen Ir in Nordkorea empfehlen , wenn er im gleichen Stil weitermachen möchte. Dort findet er Unterstützung für seine Ideen , die , davon bin ich überzeugt , dort sehr willkommen wären |
