Die Bürgerbewegungen haben die politischen Führer zum Nachdenken gebracht , die Staaten des Südens gewinnen , mit willkommener Unterstützung vonseiten der Kommission , zunehmend an Einfluss , und bald werden die Zeiten vorbei sein , in denen Carla Hills die Märkte mit der Brechstange für ihr Land öffnen wollte
