However , I was very pleased that the amendment asking for a biennial report to this Parliament from the Commission was adopted , and I very much hope that Parliament and Commission together can use that to consolidate some of this work

It is , of course , an element of greater political appropriation , and is also political upgrading , in particular thanks to the biennial summit ; but it is also the dimension brought by specific regional projects and , now I also hope , by very specific projects to which we will be able to add a stronger private sector dimension , as we still need more resources
Das ist natürlich ein Element einer stärkeren politischen Ausrichtung , das ist auch ein politisches Upgrading , vor allem dank des Gipfeltreffens im Zweijahresrhythmus , aber das ist auch die Dimension , die in regionalen konkreten Projekten und , wie ich hoffe , nunmehr auch in sehr konkreten Projekten besteht , denen man eine starke Dimension des Privatsektors hinzufügen kann , denn wir brauchen noch mehr Ressourcen
