Die gemeinsame Asyl - und Einwanderungspolitik dient vor allem als Motor zur Vereinheitlichung der sehr unterschiedlichen Rechtstraditionen der Mitgliedstaaten und zur Schaffung eines Raums der Freiheit , der Sicherheit und des Rechts - dem entscheidenden Schritt zu einem europäischen Superstaat. Der Verlierer in diesem unheimlichen Spiel ist die Demokratie , die Vorteile für die Flüchtlinge sind eher zweifelhaft , es sei denn , man ist General in der Armee von Saddam Hussein.Schließlich müssen wir erkennen , dass eine geregelte Einwanderung große Vorteile für die Europäische Union wie auch für die Einwanderer und ihre Herkunftsländer bringt
