The method that has passed the test in Luxembourg and in France must be imposed on all the European vineyards , and the word crémant must always remain synonymous with high quality and be definitively linked with the areas that produce it

Die Methode , die sich in Luxemburg und in Frankreich bewährt hat , sollte in allen europäischen Weinbergen gelten , dann wird die Bezeichnung Crémant stets ein Synonym für große Qualität bleiben und endgültig mit bestimmten Anbaugebieten in Verbindung gebracht werden. Er besteht aus Wasser , Alkohol , Flüssigzucker sowie Aroma - und Farbstoffen und ist mit Kohlensäure versetzt
However , there is a problem which lies in the fact that this is a static position and economic activity is not like that nor , by definition , can it be. This is all the more so when an activity is being started up.The rapporteur has found a worthy solution to this problem within the framework defined by the proposal for a Council regulation , increasing the quota for fresh or frozen sea bass and sea bream. This will give the Ceutan aquaculture industry a breath of fresh air and at least help to start up the activity and seek markets with better future prospects. Der Vorzug des Vorschlags für eine Verordnung des Rates besteht darin , daß er für eine gewisse Stimmigkeit zwischen der Strukturpolitik der Gemeinschaft und gewissen Widersprüchen der Zollunion sorgt. Es gibt jedoch ein Problem : hier wird von einer statischen Situation ausgegangen wird , und das trifft auf keine Wirtschaftstätigkeit der Welt zu , kann es auch gar nicht. Und das gilt umso mehr im Falle des Beginns einer Geschäftstätigkeit.Herr Valldivielso de Cué hat in seinem Bericht einen würdigen Ausweg aus diesem Problem in dem von dem Vorschlag für eine Verordnung des Rates vorgezeichneten Rahmen gewiesen , nämlich die Anhebung des Zollkontingents für frische oder tiefgefrorene Seebrassen und Meerbarsche. Dadurch wird der AquakulturIndustrie in Ceuta zumindest eine Atempause gewährt , und sie erhält die Möglichkeit , ihre Tätigkeit aufzunehmen und sich nach Märkten mit besseren Zukunftsaussichten umzutun. Dennoch darf nicht vergessen werden , daß dieses Kontingent auf mittlere Sicht weiter angehoben werden muß.Abschließend möchte ich nochmals Herrn Valldivielso de Cué für seine Arbeit im Zusammenhang mit diesem Bericht danken
